Because I know Piel Frama makes quality leather products (tried & tested before) plus this case does look elegant in pictures and I like the concept of sticking/suction at the back to hold phone which keeps chamfers still visible from the sides. Cover seems very slim as well.

I just ordered a red one on Sunday but they emailed me and said it would take 10-15 days to ship as its in production. As its a 5S case I doubt anyone else has one yet as I think they just listed them on their web site recently. I'm hoping the suction method on the tape works well. Personally I think its far from hideous unlike all those silicone, plastic and official Apple leather cases people put on the back of their phones.

That one seems to have got a lot of poor or average reviews though. I did look at one before but decided against it.

If you look the leather comes out past the phone on 3 sides, not like the vaja version it is flush
