The best app for ordered lists

Does anyone know of a word-processing/notetaking application for iPad that handles bulleted and numbered lists with tabs correctly? Pages can do lists, but it doesn't allow for any list structure. If you are editing a list item and make a tab, the application only adds a tab space. That's it.

I've read other threads that talk about Notability, Evernote, WriteNote, and other applications, but I'd really like to get some feedback around this specific issue before I buy one of those other apps. Thanks!

A quick update for anyone who may later have this same question: I was dumbfounded when I realized that Pages for iPad has large left/right buttons for indent management on the List tab in the object inspector.

Hopefully Apple will update Pages in the future so that using the "Tab" functionality controls the intent of lists as well.
