Compare that to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148191&cm_re=crucial_ddr3_memory-_-20-148-191-_-Product. It seems like DDR3 prices have nowhere to go but up, given the increasing demand that newer computers are placing on RAM manufacturers, so I thought that this was a sweet find.

And, of course, I've already ordered kits for both my MBP and iMac. ;)

Nice! That's not too shabby. Although I remember when I bought 4GB kit of DDR3 for my MBP it cost about $48. I'm really glad I bought it then.

While I'm not arguing that it is a good deal on that RAM, one thing I want to point out is something I notice a lot on Newegg.

I just recently purchased some RAM for my MBP, and I was looking at the bundle you linked to for $111.99 + $5.99 Shipping. But, and here's what I notice a lot of people missing out on.... I did a search for the 2GB individual sticks and here's what comes up.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148192

It's the same stick, just instead of 2x2GB sticks packaged together, you buy 2 separate 2GB sticks individually packaged for $48.99 each + free shipping.

So compare the $117.98 for the 2x2GB kit to $97.98 for 2 individual 2GB sticks... that's a $20 savings alone :)

Your deal is still better, but I just wanted to point out that sometimes it doesn't hurt to look around.
