The best time to buy online with pickup service

Hi guys!

I'm from Brazil and a friend of mine is currently in the US.
I would like to buy an iPhone 6 online to be picked up by her.
However, when I try to buy, it's not available at the store that I want.

What is the best time (timezone) to buy online and the iPhone 6 is more likely to be available?
