What does everyone think is the best deal on iPad mini 4 now? Looks like Target red card holders still is the cheapest way, but no Targets have iPad mini 4's in store yet

I bought an iPad Mini 4 at Target today. There's 12 stores in my area, 10 had them. And the best way to buy it from them is the Red Card in combination with the 10 percent off iPads Cartwheel promotion that's currently running. When the guy rang it up it didn't give the 10 percent, but he added it on his own.

how does the cartwheel promotion work? do you just show it to them or do you have to use the target card to get it

Don't forget use discover with Apple Pay you get 10% or 20% cash back. So I'd say just walk into an Apple Store and grab one is a pretty good deal already.

How do you take advantage of the Cartwheel program? I found it on their site but it didn't explain it or how to use/get it.

Just sign up at the cartwheel website. Then find the promotion (it expires the 26th) and add it to your account. Then print barcodes or bring the barcode with you on your phone and they'll swipe it at checkout.

I think you got lucky as the cartwheel offer does not include the mini 4 in the list. Might have to convince them to add it unless they just see mini and assume it is included.

I definitely got lucky. The cashier looked up the sale and it listed every Mini except this one and gave it to me anyway.

Ive emailed Cartwheel and got a reaction. Ive talked to Cartwheel staff and there were changes I think.

So stuff like this never happens to me but I did an online order for pickup for an iPad mini 4 with registry coupon 15% off. Came to $365 after tax. It wouldn't process my order instore when I went to pick it up. So we cancelled it and the CSR gave me the price of $359.10 (I don't know why). I asked if I could use cartwheel and he said yes. Scanned it but it didn't take. He did a manual override for 10% off. It takes off 10% of $399.99 (Again I don't know why). So total was $359.10 - $59.83 = $299.25 + tax. Not bad! Gonna return my other order now that I did instore. I'm happy!

Went to my local Target and showed them my reciept for my ipad mini 4 i purchased on Monday. Showed them the cartwheel app and she gave me back 40.00 bucks cash for the 10% off.

Are iPad Mini 4's available in quantity at Applestores yet?

We walked into an Apple Store and picked up a 128GB one in gold - no issues.

You can use the apple website to show availability for pick up - all my local ones are show every model and size as available for immediate collection.
