If they alter production to coat the antennas etc that will be admitting they fixed (improved) the flaw. Only time will tell.

indeed, that is the question. of course no mention of it by SJ. but, the fact that they emphasized the 30 day refund policy, which is nothing new, might have been an attempt to cover themselves when a revised phone trickles onto the market after 30 days.
