The black screen and wheel problem.

Hello,
I've read around 50 different posts all around the internet about this problem: http://macreports.com/ios-10-black-screen-spinning-wheel-fix/

My phone has been doing this regulary, at least once every day for a couple of months. I always do the lock+volume down trick to restart the phone, but it keeps happening over and over again. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

What software are you running? This is known as a springboard crash and could be caused by number of things. We need to know the device, firmware number, and what you were doing when you see this happen.
