The case didn't fix MY antenna issue

I received my Speck Pixel HD (or whatever it's called) case yesterday. With great excitement [sic] I began holding my phone as I used to - left handed with the corner on my palm.

I went from a pretty lame signal of -91dB to NO SERVICE in Center City, Philadelphia. My signal right now, in a completely different area outside of Philadelphia in the suburbs, is -76dB in the case without being touched and a little worse than -100dB held in my hand.

Anyone else having a similar experience?
