It dosent have anything to do with the CD. The CD is new... no scraches or anything. It has done this to several other CDs. I guess I'll have someone look at it but have any of you had this problem and is there anything I can do about it?
 
Yup, looks like you have a bad drive. Oh does it do it on all the time even with different cd/dvd's..
