For all the convergence of the two, there are times when I find one not doing something because it does on the other and I expect to across the board.

Examples.

Safari on iOS. I want to swipe left and right to go forward and backward pages. Now that OS X has done this since Lion, I feel iOS is incomplete without and really wished iOS 6 would have seen this feature.

Typing in OS X. How many times have you left punctuation out while typing on your Mac expecting the OS to auto correct the apostrophe in words like wasn't. What's worse is periods. I find myself double tapping the space bar on my Mac only to find that I now have two spaces instead of a period.

List some examples of where you do something on one because of how it works on the other.
