The damn external drive can't be read!Help!

I have this WD 120G Passport drive. It had an error earlier so I used the Disk Util. to fix it. Now after 2 hours, I re-inserted the drive, it can't be read. I have this message: The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer. I have 3 choices: Initialize, Ignore and Eject.

Is there anyway to get my data back?
 
Try connecting to a different computer to get your information back. About the drive though, how does it connect to your computer?
