The Diet Jello Commercial

Have you guys ever noticed this?

If you listen closely to the music on the Diet Jello commercial, you could hear the Classic Rock Steel 02 guitar loop in it (at least on the ones I've seen. I'm not sure if there are other commercials as well)! Hm, maybe they used GarageBand?

Or maybe it's a coincidence.. I notice things too much.

I know there's a commercial on the radio around Atlanta, GA that has an upbeat techno loop from GarageBand, but I've never been able to remember what it's for.

It's sort of tacky, but they're allowed to do it aren't they? It's sort of like stock photography on the web and TV.
