When I restart my Mac Mini (Big Sur 11.6.0, and as of today, 11.6.2) I get a pop up alert (two actually) stating:

"The disk you attached was not readable by this computer" and then options to Eject, Ignore and Initialize...

I've tried Eject and Ignore but the message still comes back whenever I re-start.

I decided to try Initialize...
Disk Utility opened and highlighted the APFS System Snapshot volume on my boot drive.
How do I initialize this? Only First Aid and Partition are options. I have not tried First Aid yet and Partition does not seem like a solution.

Has anyone had this alert at start up and what is the solution?
