I purchased this Anker cable specifically for my new iPad Pro. I needed a USB "C" cable with a 90º plug to go into the side of the iPad. It is an Anker cable, my brand of choice. What I like about this cable is it is rated at 240 Watts but it it has a USB-IF certification circuitry that prevents overcharging. So you can plug this cable in everywhere and not have to worry about overheating your device. The 90º plug is perfect for a iPad mounted in a desk stand.

Anker makes great cables but do take note in the comments that this particular cable won't work with some cases like Otterbox - the USB-C port is too deep in the case for this cable. I run into a similar problem with some USB-C cables from uni - they don't work with my Mini 6 in a Zugu case. I have to use a 90-degree adapter to make it work.

Do you think this cable would work with my M4 iPad Pro 13" connected to a portable LCD monitor? I just hate non-L shaped USB-C shaped cables coming out of my main USB-C port on the iPad!

truth is there are several cables out there that are really high quality.

for my "endorsement" - i used these 240W cables for over a year plus on multiple items with no issue -
