So I have another month on my 1st year rMBP AppleCare. I have been witnessing the "flicker" or whatever issue it is for the last few weeks/months. I guess it never really bothered me since it's random and only for .2 seconds when it does happen.
With my AppleCare about to be up tho, and possibly reselling next year for a newer laptop or iMac/Air combo, should I send it in or get more AppleCare? May get AppleCare just cuz it's a hard to fix rMBP, might give someone peace of mind and motivation when I resell.
Is this a problem that can affect it long term tho? I've heard they just replace the logic board as a fix and it still ends up doing it after…almost doesn't seem worth complaining. Only time it's happened recently is when I shut down.

If anything the sketchy wifi drops when I first got it were much more annoying but that hasn't happened in months so they must have found a fix for that:)
