iOS the "help" functionality

I remember, i used to select keyword say "@synthesize" and press F1 or some key or mouse command ( i don't remember). And it linked me to XCode's programming manual for that keyword. It is quite exhaustive reference. But wondering where i used to get it.
Any help please ?

Umm, Esc triggers code completion, Option(Alt)-Click takes you to the documentation and Cmd-click takes you to its definition.

You can go through the Xcode user guide for more goodies.
