I just ordered the brand new i5 iMac and a copy of Battle Field Bad Company 2 for the PC. I already have Windows 7 Corporate Version from a friend's company. Can anyone tell me how it will run and what settings to run it on. I am a first time gamer for my dad has not allowed me to own rated M games until now. I am planning on buying more games since I have 250 dollars of Gamestop gift cards and am not going to buy a console because I do not play very often, so how much should I partition 100GB because I am also going to have pagemaker and office installed.

Thanks in advance,
Ryan

Medium across the board at 1680 x 1050 at the very least. Make sure to turn Bloom and HBAO off too.

I'd be concerned about explosions. They'll drag your frame rate down the most and look terrible on Low effects settings.

Even with the hd 5750 graphics card?
You'll need more than 800 shaders for that. It only really matters if you in the middle of an explosion that doesn't kill you.

Medium settings across the board is a good place to start.

Don't do non-native res on a LCD unless you have to. Low settings @ native resolution >>>>>>>>> higher settings @ lower than native resolution. Always.

it doesnt work any more just got windows 7 and just crashes. It looks like it is running, I press play and then a white screen pops up then closes and doesnt play

Did you install the latest Graphics drivers? Which i believe is 11.3/4
