The iPad Mini just pushed my delivery date by 4 weeks

I ordered my iPhone 5 nearly four weeks ago, it was supposed to be delivered next week, then week 45/46, and since today it's week 49/50, or mid-December.

Is that just me, or did this happen to anyone else today? Apple.com still says 3-4 weeks.

The Mini comes from different factory so unlikely there is a connection.

The carrier removed the link to the site where you check your status, so it's probably more of a glitch in the system.

Lots of threads on the local Apple Store reservation system. I got mine the next day after ordering, no waiting or lines.
