Join me here if you are planning to wait for the 2015 iPhone 6s. By then the apps will be updated, apple pay implemented, hopefully 2gb ram and optical image stabilizer camera added. I believe that this is what we would have gotten if apple hadn't diverted resources to the 6+.

Can people please just let the users of the current iPhone enjoy it?
I feel like threads like these are either created by people who are either Android bots, or upset/disappointed because they couldn't get the current phone for w/e reason. If this isn't you, my apologies...but this topic seems....petty.

Yes, I am sure there are many people who got their phones today and are now waiting for the 6S.

Good for you, want a cookie? I'm getting my 6+ 128GB this Monday and I'm going to be so happy. Enjoy your small sissy screen while I (the master upgrade race) will have the unique design. Everyone knows that I will have the latest and greatest, you're like a second class citizen, you're that guy who comes to a party at 2AM when it's over. No one will care about you and your 6s.

P.S. Major sarcasm lol. Good for you man, I hope that the wait is worth it.

I currently have the iPhone 5 and eligible for an upgrade, but I am sitting this one out. Maybe the 6S or 6+S/ 6S+ will be compelling enough for me to upgrade.

You never want to be on the S-cycle, where a brand new design is just a year away.

Well said. Why on earth anyone would be talking about the 6S now is beyond me..

Just my opinion... but to be honest, I don't get people who get "S" cycle iPhones. That means that they are always 1 generation behind. "S" models are always just the minor upgrade while 4,5,6 etc. are the real upgrades.

My first iPhone was 4 and I was extremely happy with it in the 4S era because it was basically the same phone. Now it's time for my 2nd iPhone and it'll be the iPhone 6. 100% sure that I won't miss anything from 6S.

Just get the iPhone 6, skip 6S and then get the iPhone 7. Much better way to go if you ask me.

The integer phones get the superficial design upgrades. The S phones get processing and internal capability upgrades. So it all boils down to what you value most for the 1 year that either series will be top dog - beauty or brains.

I look at the "S" models are fine tuned version of the original, all the quirks and defects are worked out.

And while the design remains the same, the internals get a serious upgrade.

Non "S" models are usually design and direction change, but the internals don't get as big of an upgrade as the "S".
