I'm upgrading from a 5s to a 6s so I have no idea what to get for a case. It's hard to tell how much lip/screen protection they have but I know I want something cute that doesn't cover all the gorgeous rose gold.

I got the Neo Hybrid from Amazon for about $17 and the Ultra Hybrid from Spigen via Amazon and a now moot Slick Deals code for $3.

The Neo Hybrid has arrived and fit my space gray 6 Plus very well. Since there's a bit of give due to it being flexible TPU I believe it will fit my upcoming Rose Gold 6S Plus very well. It gives more lip protection than it would appear in the photos.

It comes as a completely clear flexible case and then there is a separate Rose Gold metal band that easily goes around the edge as you see in the photo. You have to finesse it on a bit but it's not difficult. It's the band that gives rigidity to the case.

The Ultra Hybrid will arrive Monday or Tuesday. The one I ordered was completely clear as that was the only model that was accompanied by the Slick a Deals discount.

Amazon discount pricing is currently holding steady on their site. It's roughly half of what Spigen is charging. Another forum member said this pricing was for the preorder period. I can't confirm that.

Have you been happy with how the clear TPU is holding up? Does it discolor or scratch up a lot? I'm eyeing both of those cases and can't decide which I like better but leaning towards the Ultra Hybrid.

I have the neo hybrid for my gold 6 plus and it does discolor over time. I'm assuming the ultra hybrid will too if it's made from the same material. I'd try emailing them and asking.

I have to admit, as my iPhone 6 Plus really isn't that old, I wasn't going to bother with the new release of iPhones until I saw the new Rose Gold colored ones, but they look so awesome that I'm seriously tempted. Then I dropped the darn thing and chipped up my screen, so I'm a bit annoyed now, but I think I've now got the perfect excuse for another shopping spree! (blessing in disguise perhaps?) lol.

Some of the cases shown here are pretty nice, though the knock has seriously got me wanting something stronger. I did find another one that I liked from the same people that I got my charging dock from, which looks like it's going to be pretty sturdy, so I thought I would share some pics of it to add to the collection! These are just images I found off the internet, but when I've got the actual thing in my hands I'll post some more pics up of the real thing, and let you know how it stood the test of reality, and if it's as sturdy as it looks. (my iPhone is my baby!)

I love how it has a proper mirror built in aswell so that I can do my makeup. I've been looking for something like that ever since the iUtilityMirror app stopped working! Anyone remember that?

But those Caseology ones are pretty darn nice as well and now I'm reconsidering. I have personal experience with dropping my phone in Speck Candy Shell cases so I'm more comfortable going with them. If they had some kind of RG accent it'd be perfect.

Thanks, I was wondering where to find it. I've been looking at case options and I really like the look of this one with the sturdy build and card holder. My nieces who I see a few times a week, all love seeing me because it means candy crush time for them but while I don't mind relinquishing my phone to them, I learnt my lesson with my iPhone 5s that retired looking like a sorry version of itself.

However I find that most tough cases on the market look to military defence and so I stick with leather cases in the hope they will absorb some candy crush excitement. But this one looks like its a nice design overall so I'm going to consider it. Can't wait to see pics of the real case when ups get it to decide on colour.


At the moment I'm a bit lost with what to get partly because I've got the rose pink handset and don't want it hidden. And partly because I know I still need to keep my phone well shielded from the hands of innocent ones
