the item you tired to buy is no longer available

Hello, long time viewer, first time poster

I recently restored my iphone 4 and tried to re-install my apps from the app store. When I try to download apps I previously had installed (ie facebook) I get the message "the item you tried to buy is no longer available".|When I try to download my old apps on my itunes on my laptop, I have the same error message.

When I try to download an app I never had before, it downloads to me phone without a problem.

I really want my old apps back. Is there anything that can be done to get my apps back and avoid this error message?

iPhone 3GS 4.3.1 with the same problem, it think it's a network issue right now or a bug.
