"The iTunes Library file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for this file."

The last week or so, I keep getting this message. I've done a Get Info on both the iTunes library files, as well as the music folder - all are already Read+Write. I've run Disk Utility and done a Repair Permissions.

What else should I do?
