The killers on the iTunes festival app isn't playing

Downloaded the iTunes festival app on the iPhone and iPad. Unable to playback the killers performance front the 11th. Anyone else ran into this problem? I've tried it on the apple tv 3 as well to no avail. Instead of the box symbol on their tab it says 1pm but they played at 1pm on the 11th.

I think it's a licensing thing, because it doesn't play for me either. I hope Apple eventually makes it available, even for a few dollars on iTunes, because I heard it was really good.
