...are a joke:

Requirements: Live streaming uses Apple’s HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) technology. HLS requires an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with Safari on iOS 7.0 or later, a Mac with Safari 6.0.5 or later on OS X v10.8.5 or later, or a PC with Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Streaming via Apple TV requires a second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 6.2 or later.

Seriously? I need Windows 10 to view the Live Apple Stream on a PC? I know Apple doesn't want you watching on a PC, but sheesh. That's a little over-stingy, even coming from Apple.

Just open VLC and use the stream URL:

Code:

That doesn't work. Been trying to get the right url to play it on my win 8 machine.

nvm that link worked! thanks!

Isn't the point of a sales pitch to have as many people hear it as possible? I've never understood why Apple would want to limit who can see their keynote. It's like they're saying, "we're so awesome, we don't even care if you know what we're selling". :p
