The Menu Bar bug (mavericks)

Hi all,

Actually this bug has been bothering me for quite long. It seemed OSX 10.8 has this bug as well.

Please see the pic.

Every time I switch to the desktop where finder windows is, the menubar just disappears and I have to click somewhere to bring it back, it;s really confusing. and since it only happens with the desktop with finder on it, I guess it's finder related.

This happened to me yesterday. I think it looks pretty cool except for the fact that the menu bar is non functional lol. Apple should give us a completely transparent menu bar. BTW I'm using TotalFinder, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Wish I could actually get mine to look like that...except you say it's non-functional. +1 on total transparency.
