Pretty simple; some guy was trying to sell a PowerBook,and was contacted by a standard out of country / fake escrow service-weilding scammer. When reporting him didn't do a whole lot, he worked with a bunch of forum members to ship the guy a binder with a keyboard drawn on it and try to get him to pay the $300 import taxes.

There's lots of documentation, and the initial link is to a fake Apple Store page for the binder-based PowerBook.

I have seen it before too, not only on the site. If you go to www.urbandictionary.com and look up "fecal japan" apparently this is what the girl is doing. Could be fake.
