The new case pics not adding up

going to copy and paste my post from another thread, i feel its worthy of its own thread (mods if you dont feel that way, feel free to delete this thread)

did anyone notice in the second pic the "battery eject" button thing, and the express card slot mysteriously disapeared???

:eek: i think your right squeeks

i did'nt notice that. either the case shots are fake or that blurry photo is fake.

either way that photo of the macbook pro with the black border looks too similar to one of those mock-ups that emerged a few weeks ago (remember that one that talked about 'beastly' power)
 
I have also noticed that this morning when the JR photo was published. Since I though there was going to be already 1000 speculation about those missing ports I said nothing :)

nope

of the empty case pics, one has an express card hole one does not (macbook and macbook pro), the "real" photo has neither this or the button, and the button is clearly visable in both empty case pics

look closely at the second photo

the ports on the side of the macbook look as though someone has tried to clone stamp them out. rather badly i must add

you can see the alterations in the shades of colour where the ports should be
 
i did notice it looked funny, but couldnt think of a reason to modify it like that so i just assumed it was poor quality photography

Theres something dodgey about them thought i must admit :p
 
To add fuel to the fire, the pictures in this thread also seem to be amiss with circulating rumors as the bottom casing seems to be more MacBook Air-ish; unless of course the port-housing is molded onto the top keyboard-case.

That said however, these pictures (shown below) look quite legitimate.

have you seen the current MBP? im always amazed at how short and wide it is

nope no 16x9 that would screw the heck outta everything

standard resolutions are for 16x10 its taken some full screen apps years just to support that, lets not get rid of it now
 
All I can say is that Apple really has loosened up on the leakage. There have been way too may pictures and leaks in the past couple months.
