What is the order status for those of you that ordered on the 7th for pick-up at an Apple Store? My order status still says processing even though I ordered it on the same day. However, the pick-up date still says 16th. I can't recall how my order for my MacBook Air went with pick-up. Does it usually go from processing shipment to available for pick-up?

Mine says the same thing as well. I don't think it is going to change until Friday when it will say "ready for pickup". Us in-store folks don't have to stalk the FedEx tracking page like a hawk.
Was just going to make a thread about this. I ordered mine on the 8th and it still says processing order, but like someone else mentioned it will probably say this until Friday. It also says pick up March 16th so I hope this doesn't change and picking up in store goes smoothly.
They had a limited allotment I guess, which is great as it would make for a smooth getaway (that's assuming i'm not mugged for it in P1

These are being held by FedEx for March 16 delivery per Apple instructions. Mine is being held as well. You will see movement either on the 14th or 15th.

Agreed, I haven't gotten mine yet either and I ordered on announcement day in the evening. Hopefully we'll receive it soon. Hoping to see a photo of the email from someone who did receive it!
Probably a store specific thing now considering the pics released today of the boxes arriving in Best Buy. Most store are either waiting to get it really soon or are waiting to unbox and sort through them.

What stores are everyone picking them up at if you don't mind sharing, and when did you place your preorder for in store pickup? I'm picking up at the NYC Fifth Avenue store.
Placed mine for the one in Freehold Raceway Mall in NJ at around 3:45 EST on the 7th.
I'll be in Las Vegas on Friday. So I'm picking it up at the Town Square location. Order was placed late night on the 8th.
