The new spring collection and the pacific blue iPhone 12 pm

Hi!
One of the “complaints” when the new iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max was released, was that the pacific blue was hard to match with cases.
Most people agreed that the best options were the Baltic blue leather case, along with the deep navy silicone case or the clear case.
But, now with the new spring collection of cases from Apple being out, I was wondering how those go along with the pacific blue phone.
Most of the pictures I’ve seen online, and most YouTube videos, seem to only showcase the new cases with the silver/white iPhone 12 Pro (Max)…
Opinions and/or pictures would be most appreciated.

Love my clear case. The problem is that Silicone case wears out and collects lint. Leather case is great but shows wear so quickly on the edges AND is very thin…so, it rips easily with the littlest trauma.

This year, the Apple Clear Case is the best case for iPhones, bar none, including 3rd party cases. I have tried them all.

I’d have to disagree. I had the clear case for a couple of days and couldn’t get over the fingerprints. Same goes for the silicone (the dark colors anyway).

I’ve had my black leather for coming up on four months and it looks just as good as the day it was birthed from that white box. There’s a couple spots on the corners that have turned a bit shiny but I think it looks good. No color loss or flaking whatsoever.

after spending like a thousand bucks on my Pacific Blue 12 PM accesories,i finally went no case,no screen protector.looks nice and feels nice. but thats just me xD

I’m eyeing the Capri Blue for my Pacific Blue 12 Pro Max, but I don’t want to pay $49 so I resorted to buying the same color cases as the Apple Silicon cases on AliExpress and they are slippery, but I like the colors and they go well with the Pacific Blue color.

If there’s a return policy, just order them both; and if you haven’t yet, try it caseless.

ESR MagSafe clear is better than the apple clear case, better buttons, not as slippery and doesn’t smudge as bad, both still hideous with the white rings on the back.

Definitely, when compared with leather/silicone cases, the buttons on Clear case is worst. Sure fingerprints…but a quick wipe on your shirt and it is crystal clear again…showing off the bring metal band of Pro models.

6 months from now, the Clear case still looks crystalline. Silicone? Silicone peeling back at edges. Or wearing off at stress areas. Leather? Peeling back. Tears in the thin leather. Uneven patina that makes it look weird.

Wife has it. Nah. The rubber in one corner has sharp edges from manufacturing defect. Not as tight, allowing for dust/dirt to get in way too easy. The side of case where buttons are is too weak. And it will start to yellow within 2-3 months.

I finally put on a case because with no case the camera is gonna be scratched in no time. But still no tempered glass though xD.

No scratches on the camera even on my 11P from last year, much more durable lens vs the front glass. The steel rings have scratches. Patina if you will

Whatever floats your boat. Plastic to cover up steel & glass not “premium” at all.

It does on the inside at the bottom edges. Tiny. Not a big deal. Hardly visible.

Y'all are barking mad. No case, no screen protector?? My iPhones don't leave the Apple Store without a tempered glass screen protector and at least an Apple silicone case.

Within 2 minutes out of the box, a tempered glass screen protector that cover the notch and a case are put on. I can’t come to terms with using any Apple product without a case and screen protector.

im using the Pitaka MAGEZ for the sake of the camera.thats about it.feels super sleek too.

I was the same although my screen protector doesn’t cover the notch at all.

I’ve 2 protectors that cover the notch in my drawer and I’m contemplating taking off the current one and replacing even though no damage whatsoever and there is very good case clearance currently. The other one whilst would cover the notch might actually have issues with edges and cases if the lip is too far over… I don’t know.. I’ve two spare spigen ones (current) and 2 additional full cover. I’m tempted, but hate the thought of taking this off for very little reason and wasting it lol

Any trouble with dust getting between the case and the phone ?
