Check it out. Hbo's entourage has always had an exclusive deal with apple, and all their characters have macs. Notice what was on Ari's desk this episode (season opener)? An all metal ultra thin iMac. The apple logo was there and everything. Anyone else notice it?

I'm intrigued to see it ... but I'd be shocked if Apple would be so cavalier to let a much-anticipated updated model be broadcast on TV. Any possibility it was just an ACD on a stand?
I mean, there was that Time magazine leak before the G4 iMac launched, but it was the day before the actual release, and it was a big promo piece. But this would be very strange indeed ...

That's not true- Ari definitely had an iMac last season on his desk- it was a rental- if you remember the episode where he was gonna pick it up and throw it and Loyd stopped him because "it's a rental"..LOL.. Great show..

Thanks for pointing that out. Ari has always had an iMac. The boys were the ones with the ACD. This is def not an ACD on ari's desk, you need to see it to believe it.
I watched Entourage tonight, and only noticed iMacs. But hopefully I am wrong.

NO you're wrong. Maybe ari had an iMac last season but that was after he left his old firm and started his new one. In the past, he has had an ACD.
There is no debate, thats an iMac...either a Rev C G5 or an Intel one.
Apple not stupid, they don't release products on TV shows....honestly I've yet to see a product released this way, yet I often see post saying as much.

I was in a pub and I caught this out of the corner of my eye on the big screen. I was right that it was an iMac.
Its an ACD display.
