bad news from braves camp...chipper jones got hurt in the first inning of the game I WENT TO!!! ugh. a pic of his injury and him walking off in the second.

miguel said he hates his wife's cooking though. be the judge.
before i get to the cardinals, here's the camera i used for these photos: http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-DMC-.../dp/B000EITTLE . i've only had it for a few months, after using a pathetic 3x zoom fuji camera for years (2002) that just broke about a month after getting this one. it's a compact size, especially with the 10x zoom, you usually have to get big and bulky for that type of zoom. i'll post a comparison shot later.

ugh...there has to be a better way to upload these photos...it takes me forever to get them up one at a time on imageshack. anyone with recommendations for a person that likes to put up their photos on the web, uploading a bunch at a time? can't be wasting hours just doing this two more times during the spring...

3/20- marlins vs. nationals (pt. 1 of 3)
i see definite improvement in my photo skills, as i looked at today's photos, i think these are all way better than what i had with the old camera. that and more storage space. i love this camera. but anyway, time for the pics for today's game.

looks like an old video game with that pic...but great photo. just seems that right now, i'm the only one in the thread, mostly because the action is only here and florida for now.
10x zoom helps, but in spring training, you are up close to the players, like for example, at roger dean stadium, the only thing that separates you from the pen is a two foot high wall, and getting close to the players isn't much of a problem.
That's one of the things I love about Florida! We're having a tailgate party this Saturday before the Twins game. Beer and Brat's baby
