The perfect fix for the loose "bumper"

The perfect fix for a loose iphone 4 bumper is to take a small strip of double sided cellophane tape and lay it in the channel of the bumper. Then install the bumper on the phone and gently press the edges. Easy. The tape is easily removed if you decide to remove the bumper. it actually stays in the bumper with no residue on the phone. Easy. The perfect fix for the perfect case.

Yea, mine fit pretty well, better than I would have expected actually but I had seen a bunch of posts like this so I took and doubled over some electrical tape and put it in the channel and it firmed up the fit just a bit making it perfect.
