Dear fellow forum users,
In my current home I have decided not to go for a fixed line internet service as my current mobile subscription provides a very quick internet connection (depending on the time of day, etc. up to 100 mbit/s) and allows for tethering and it is truly unlimited. So I use my mobile phone (HTC U11) as my wireless router and all of my wireless devices have access to it and it runs great. Now, I would like to setup a NAS (4-8TB) to store my lossless music files on and would like to somehow incorporate it into my current wi-fi setup. Are there any NAS solutions where I can access the files on the NAS from my Mac laptop if they are on the same wi-fi network? Is this doable without an ethernet connection? I've been trying to find an answer to this question but haven't really succeeded. Sorry if this is not the right forum for it.
Looking forward to hearing your responses. Have a nice day!
Charles
