the reason on the bottom right is very true IMO

at first I thought "wel, they worked a logn time on it, it can't be reallty that bad, and, aftetr all, they have some good examples to copy from (cough, OSX, cough, Linux... ), so it must be something good, right? well, apparently NOT. They tried so hard to make it look plain and simple like OSX, but they didn't get that quite rught: they removed the most-used layout of all: the file-edit-view-interface even OSX and linux are using!
even title-bars are being removed in explorere windows.

So yeah: there is no commercial competition
