Anyone seen the registers view on the new movie store?

Awfully written piece, makes a valid point about there being only disney movies but rubbishes out everything, sounds like it was written with someone with a grudge to bear!

I don't think he has a grudge to bear. When you have nuggets like this:

a price much higher than a Blockbuster rental or a straight DVD purchase, an inferior VGA-resolution movie copy - one that only plays on Apple's proprietary hardware.

It sounds like this guy does awfully poor research or has no business writing as a technology journalist.

And the fact that Disney was the only major studio launched with iTunes movie store speaks volumes more about the major studio suits than Jobs or Apple. Maybe this guy is a tech journalist after all, because they are usually the last to get that.
