The Remote app for iPad is better than the Music app.

It seems not people think the music app for iPad is rubbish.

Personally, I hate hate hate it. It's not intuitive, it's hard to nativists, lacks key features (up next), it's damn ugly, and isn't anything like iTunes 11.

I've been using the remote app today to control my iTunes and it's awesome. It's got up next, and a very similar album/artist view to iTunes 11.

Why can't Apple make the Music app like they've made the Remote app? Hopefully they'll do it in iOS 7...

It will either be included in the GM seed of iOS 6.1 or in iOS 7 for sure.

I absolutely agree with the OP, the iPad music app is an abomination. The version in iOS 4 was great, then they buggered about with it in iOS 5 and 6.

The Remote App is how it should be.
