does the roku have hulu on it? if it doesnt is there any way to get hulu on my tv without hacking my apple tv?

Do I need a Router?

I have Windstream with Ethernet connection. I bought a Roku (Netflix) box but only have one Ethernet connection which is occupied by my computer. What kind of Router (specifically) do I need to stream movies to Roku / television?
