Hey Guys,
I work in an office, 9-5. I realised today around 4.30, I had two dots on the screen... I wiped it clean and they remained. Scratches.
Took it to the Apple store and explained that even though they were tiny, I didn't expect a week old product to scratch in an office environment so easy and to his defence, the fella was lovely. Took it behind the scenes, returned and he confirmed it was under the coating and on the Glass. He recommended sending it in and agreed this shouldn't have happened to a week old product.
May I ask what you guys with scratches are doing? Are you returning the watch as suggested or just holding on and making do?
I'm considering returning/buying a screen protector for it's return.
