I have heard several people say to me "I can't use a smaller screen anymore. The font is too small for my aging eyes, and if I blow it up, the whole screen is taken up.

I think this is a valid issue to consider. Perhaps a bigger screen size isn't just a novelty, but something people actually physically need.

Do you think a bigger screen will help people with vision issues?

It not just people with vision issues, some people like a larger display pure and simple. Its nots a novelty by any stretch but rather a choice.

I mean why does apple sell a 21" iMac and a 27" iMac - for people with vision issues? No, its needed because some consumers need (or prefer) a larger display for their work. The same thing can be said for phones. One size does not fit all.

Also, it appears there are a lot of people with giant pants pockets these days. :)
