As a shipboy you participate in the treasure hunt to discover the Lost Galleon and its Secret.
The most prominent feature of the game is lots of unique missions you accomplish on the course of your journey: you drive several different vessels with different capabilities (ram enemies with galley, shoot them with sailing ship, avoid them with fishers boat), you operate the shore battery to protect the fortresses, escort caravans and protect trader ships, search for stolen cargo, destroy pirate bases, participate in sea racing, sink pirate ships, challenge the Pirate Boss and even answer riddles told by "scholar landlubbers".
The plot of the game contains about 6000 words of text in the form of humorous dialogs between game characters - Captain, First mate, Mayor, fishermen and their wives, pirates and you - the shipboy.
