The shortcut arrows in Mail doesn't work

When you answer or forward an email, you get an arrow next to the mail that you can click on, to go to the mail (replied or forwarded) in question.

This doesn't work for me since Yosemite. At least not with my Exchange account.

Anyone else that recognize this or should I start to troubleshoot my setup?
