This is after you click upgrade on ATT site. ive been spammin the login for awhile. Its still "upgrade" grab a cup of joe and take your afternoon/morning dump. Apple won't be able to get through to ATT and of course att. GL im still watching to see when ATT gets back up and allows its site and apple through

If you are still having problems I suggest downloading the new iPhone "app store" app it was painless to do all my reserves and 1 pre order.
