Man, he was fun to watch unless he was playing my Jets. RIP.

He was the epitome of the 1970s Oakland Raiders. RIP to a legendary player and character.

The Snake oozed charisma and was a man's man in the days when Quarterbacks were pummeled every Sunday. There were a lot of great athletes who were quarterbacks. He was a leader of Men. It's hard to imagine there was a boy throwing a football in the yard not imagining he was Ken. There was also not a teenage guy who didn't imagine what it would be like to be The Snake off the field!

For those that don't know American Football, whilst Ken was Quarterback, the Raiders continued their claim as the most successful franchise (winning percentage) of any professional sports team. That's no longer the case, but there was about a two decade run.

He should be in the Hall of Fame. It's unfortunate Raider bias means it won't happen in his lifetime.
