I think a little over a year ago, some Hong Kong company attempted to sell the Steve Jobs posable action figure. After a huge outcry that it was in bad taste so soon after Dear Leader's death, and probably after some veiled threats of legal action from Apple, the company stopped the project.

Now another company is attempting this again? This time it's from Japan. This new doll looks almost exactly like the old attempt. Coincidence? I cannot make out the details of the offer, half of the website info is in Japanese.

And does Apple know about this? Or did Apple finally allow this to happen? Or maybe the laws in Japan will allow this to be marketed and sold regardless of any objections by Apple??
