The strangest thing happened... (it shipped 6 weeks early!)

I placed an order for my MacBook and an LG 4k display just a few days ago.

The LG display was originally due for delivery 4th Jan - 17th Jan. It shipped today with a delivery date for tomorrow!

Order placed 15th November > Shipped 22nd November > Delivery estimate 23rd November

Still showing as 5-7 weeks on their website!!

My MacBook is due until 30th December at the earliest, but excited to try out the monitor with my 12" MacBook in the interim.

Mine was meant to arrive December 12-29 here in the UK and it came last week! I think Apple is extra conservative with shipping dates from third party suppliers.
