actually my old iMac used to come with this trackpad too while I choose the option don't want the magic mouse. I have bad experience come with it in my previous another old iMac. later I go buy trackpad. The old trackpad can feel there is a glass layer.
Later my old iMac that I choose the trackpad I noticed the surface kinda don't have the glass feel while touch in it. Later faulty , i swap the old trackpad that has a glass layer.
now this new m3 imac I choose trackpad option, noticed is the same that one without glass layer. I noticed while doing 3 fingers scolling to flip go another browser. Sometimes hit and miss like that. Maybe i got sweaty fingers , something cause like this?
I wonder any trackpad user noticed sometimes you do 3 fingers scroll up will encounter like " hit and miss "
