The transcript function is gone

The mic is faded out on my iPhone 5. I have another iphone5 and that one has a mic but this one'a mic is faded out

I noticed that it's gone for macRumors but not for Google Docs.

This and your other thread seem to indicate that your iPhone is corrupted. Is it jailbroken and have you tried restoring?

This one is iPhone 5. The other thread was iPhone 4. I never jailbroke iPhone 5 but maybe I did jailbreak it and then forgot about it? Or I don't see Cydia on it so that means it's not jailbroken?
