THE Ultimate Printer?!?!

Hey so I'm thinking of buying a new computer for my family.
My dad and I have a Mac and my mom has a PC, so we need something that is compatible with both Mac and PC systems. We would also like the printer to be wireless. Speed does not really matter, and we will be printing documents most of the times, BUT we will be printer some color pictures!!

What would be the best option????

I simply have an a HP Deskjet 3050.
Does the job, wireless, works with USB and wireless at the same time, and I paid just £30 brannd new.

Go to Newegg and read the reviews. Anything with a 4+ rating and hundreds of reviews is going to be great.

We bought an Epson printer(for the first time) and it's been excellent. Hooked up with both PC and Macs with no problem.
