I keep hearing porblems about the uMBP 13" not being able to run right with 7200 hard drives. Is this still a problem?

If you know where to get HDD that work with the uMBP 13" and are pretty cheap let me know. I want 320 gb and 7200 rpm's

Any HDD you can put in the 15" or 17" will work with the 13". They don't have specific HDD's for specific computers. I think Apple released an update to fix HDD issues with the mid-2009 portables so you should be ok to install a 7200RPM HDD.

I could be mistaken but I think the problems are with Seagate 500GB 7200 drives. Something to do with the sudden motion sensor conflicting with the OS. I think you're fine w. a 320GB 7200rpm drive. I'm running a WD Scorpio Black 320GB 7200 now and it's been fine.

It's the Apple Built to Order 7,200rpm drive specifically. Apple doesn't afaik have an option to put a 7,200rpm drive in to a 13 inch MBP when ordering one.

A friend told me that since the MBP has a motion sensor built in, and so does the 500GB 7200RPM drive, it's bad news. Makes sense to me - if the MBP itself handles the motion sensing and tells the drive to act appropriately, but the drive also does it for itself, you'll get all sorts of fun issues when the two don't agree about what to do.
