Thanks for the user CP. It's indispensable, that and 'forum spy' really help me navigate the site with great ease. I know its an old feature but I just really wanted to thank you guys for it.

I <3 User CP as well. :)

However, the one thing I would still like to see is a "refresh" option for threads. Ok, I realize that makes no sense, so let me explain:

Sometimes when I view my subscriptions, I don't have the time to see all of them, and when I log out, User CP assumes I viewed all of them and considers them "read" even if I haven't. Thus, I'm unable to view the last post I read and have to go back and find my way through the thread the old fashioned way.

This one addition would really make User CP awesome. :)

BTW, I like 'New Posts' better than Forum Spy now. It's easier to see more threads that way.

If you're not on a public computer and you can maintain your internet connection, you can open the buddy list window from Quick Links. It auto-refreshes and will keep you from being logged out after the usual 15-minute limit from last activity.

Not perfect, but it is a little tip that took me a long time to figure out...helps let me pop in for just a few minutes to check on things and then be able to come back later to catch up on everything else I've missed since the previous day.

Hmm...that's a good idea, except I'm not always able to do that.

I just wish User CP would quit "thinking" for me and let me handle it! :p

forum spy is usually the first mr page i'll visit, then user cp and finally the front page. i sometimes miss some big events that way. :p

What exactly does the buddy list do anyway?

Tells you which of your "buddies" are on. The Forum Spy will also have a yellow highlight if a buddy made a post, and I'm sure there are other things.

ditto on the User CP. one of the better one's using the vbulletin packages...
